Job Title: Practice Administrator
Reporting to: Practice Manager
Location: Manchester / working from home. Min. 2 days pw in the office
Contract: Full time (permanent) contract subject to 3-month probation
Salary: £21,000 – 24,000 (dependant on experience)

Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a rapidly growing consultancy and law firm? Counterculture Partnership LLP is seeking a Practice Administrator to provide administrative support across the firm, reporting to the Practice Manager. This full-time position will be based in our Manchester office a minimum of two days per week and remotely, depending on the preference of the successful candidate.
As the Practice Administrator, you will work closely with the Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, HR & Admin Manager, and Finance Manager to support internal administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include supporting client administrative processes for all partners including the legal team, assisting with finance management, coordinating internal meetings, providing admin assistance with client proposals and tenders, and updating the company website. You will also provide ad hoc assistance on formatting and editing documents and other administrative duties as required by the Partners.
