I’m an experienced administrator and an artist at heart. I support the Counterculture team in Manchester and beyond to make sure that we provide a personal and effective service for our clients.
Prior to working at Counterculture, I had parallel careers in law and the arts. I trained as a paralegal in Los Angeles, providing legal support in a variety of specialities including contracts and UK immigration. At the same time I was an active member of the Eclectic Company Theatre where I worked as an actor, producer, and arts administrator, and eventually became part of the theatre’s management team. Through my work at the Eclectic I discovered that as an arts administrator I could help create art by way of paperwork. This discovery inspired me to enrol at the University of Manchester, where I was awarded an MA Arts Management Policy and Practice in 2017. It also lead me to my current position at Counterculture.
I have a passion for art, law, and using my knowledge and experience to support the creative, cultural, heritage, and education sectors.
