Alex has over 25 years experience working for large global financial institutions in a variety of management, project and governance roles.
He is a specialist in operational process efficiency, risk control, and regulatory compliance and has also worked on a diverse range of initiatives including implementing new working culture strategies for an international organisation as a Culture Champion. He previously served on national and pan-European industry advisory forums working to harmonise market wide best practice. Throughout his career Alex has delivered innovative solutions to simplify operational activities to reduce risk and cost and managed teams responsible for executing transactions for multi billion pound investment portfolios. More recently his work has covered regulatory change programmes and financial sanctions compliance.
Outside of work Alex has had a lifelong affiliation with football having played and coached at Step 2 and 3 of the non-league pyramid system for clubs in Essex, London and Cambridgeshire.
