Our help can take the form of advice or guidance – for example regarding policies and procedures – or directly managing and implementing processes such as recruitment, restructures, TUPE or organisational development.

We’re able to help organisations through challenges such as redundancy consultations or employment tribunals, which can be particularly difficult for smaller organisations without in-house HR and employment law capacity.

We can draw on both legal and non-legal experience and expertise, to ensure that the help we offer is appropriate and proportionate to our clients’ needs.
