Bo has over 20 years’ experience of working as a Human Resources professional and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her career spans the private, charity and public sector, including 10 years at Amnesty International and 6 years working with various trusts within the NHS. She has managed and advised on casework including disciplinary, sickness, grievances and employment tribunals. She also has experience of recruitment, policy and procedure development, IR35 and employment contracts.
For Counterculture, her work has included helping organisations run the recruitment process for senior staff, advising on employment contracts and policies and guiding organisations through the redundancy process. She has a good command of employment law and can work with Counterculture’s legal team to offer efficient and cost-effective help with HR challenges faced by all types and sizes of organisation.
Bo is currently working for the NHS as a National Diversity and Inclusion Lead in the ambulance sector and advises The Association of Ambulance Chief Executives on diversity and inclusion initiatives. She holds a diploma in coaching from Cambridge University and is a fully accredited executive and life coach as well as a mentor.
