Bo has over 20 years’ experience of working as a Human Resources professional and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Her career spans the private, charity and public sector, including working for several years at Amnesty International and various trusts within the NHS. She has experience of advising on change management and reviewing Human Resources policies, processes and procedures ensuring best practice and adherence to employment legislation. She has undertaken casework including disciplinary, sickness, grievances and employment tribunals. She also has experience of recruitment, policy and employment contracts.
Bo also specialises in equality, diversity and inclusion and advises a NHS Trust and various organisations in the art sector on their diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives. She holds an Honorary Fellowship of College of Paramedics and has worked as a National Diversity and Inclusion Lead in the ambulance sector. She holds a diploma in coaching from Cambridge University and is a fully accredited executive and life coach as well as a mentor.
Bo is a board member at Arts Catalyst and Auto Italia and is a public governor at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and uses her skills and experience in human resources and equality, diversity and inclusion to support these organisations.
