His work typically focuses on individual and team development, behavioral profiling, leadership development, career management and employee recruitment.

Steve graduated with an MBA from Henley Management College in 2001 and he qualified as a Certified Performance Coach at The School of Coaching in 2004. He is also a Registered Four Seasons Practitioner and a qualified MBTI Practitioner.
Steve has been an adviser to, and a member of, a number of leadership working parties for various UK Government departments including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
