We are pleased to announce that Counterculture Partnership LLP is becoming a provider of non-reserved legal services with effect from 1st April 2025. This allows us to continue offering expert legal support in key areas that do not require regulation at the firm level by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or other legal regulators.
However, all solicitors at Counterculture remain individually regulated by the SRA, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, professional legal advice in line with the highest ethical and regulatory standards. We also maintain professional indemnity insurance cover to provide further reassurance of our commitment to professional excellence and client protection.
