Natasha’s work includes business and strategic planning, governance, management consultancy and fundraising.
Natasha has worked as a Senior Manager and Executive Director in a number of arts organisations, including the National Theatre Studio, Almeida Theatre, Southbank Centre, Talawa Theatre Company and Free Word. Alongside her work as an Associate at Counterculture Natasha is currently working with London Theatre Company as Consultant Director for People & Operations
Natasha has an interest in mentoring emerging and mid-career administrators and general managers. Natasha is a co-opted member of the Board of Governors at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and a Trustee at Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse. In 2019 Natasha received an MBE for services to theatre.
