Carrie has over 20 years’ experience working as a HR/Learning and Development professional and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Fellow of Learning Performance Institute (LPI).
Her career spans large international financial services organisations and smaller non-profit organisations giving her a breadth of experience in the corporate world which has been successfully transferred to smaller organisations. She has partnered with organisations to deliver HR and Learning change programmes, as well as leadership development, learning and talent initiatives. With her experience, as an HR business partner she’s experienced in supporting businesses achieve their specific needs.
Carrie has driven the learning/talent agenda creating innovative strategies allowing organisations to work dynamically with their people, helping to unleash their full potential. She’s a fully qualified/accredited business and executive coach, as well as a mentor. She’s also a qualified/accredited coaching supervisor who is experienced in working with businesses to support the development of manager coaches.
