Jenny has wide ranging experience in charity leadership, strategic planning, governance and income generation. She has worked extensively in health and social care settings in senior leadership roles, including as CEO, and as a consultant across England and Wales.
Jenny thrives on a ‘bigger picture’ focus to drive strategic vision, embed values and deliver results. With over 18 years in the sector, she has gained extensive knowledge and understanding that spans business management, fundraising, governance, gift aid, marketing and communications, events and digital transformation. Amongst other accomplishments, Jenny has successfully increased revenue streams by seven figures, delivered a high profile rebrand, restructured organisations to work more efficiently and helped boards build positive cultures.
With a natural aptitude to connect with people at all levels Jenny has the ability to enthuse Boards,teams and stakeholders alike with effective communication and integrity.
Prior to embarking on a career in the third sector Jenny worked for Sir Alex Ferguson. Her work at Manchester United saw her regularly engage and negotiate with high profile individuals and commercial partners, experience that has proven pivotal throughout her career
