Fiona excels in grant making and donor research, executive assistant functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the organizations, having served as  Assistant Director at Think Philanthropy Ltd. Fiona is an entrepreneur, having run her own business for more than 10 years. She specialises in companies that work with families, with particular expertise in children with additional needs and their education and medical needs including NHS experience. Based in North Wales Fiona is continually expanding her knowledge of Welsh.

Fiona also contributes to her community through her role as a Church Outreach Worker. She manages a team of volunteers, researches and applies for funding, supports families in need, organizes children’s groups, provides community meals, and maintains the church’s social media presence and facilitates adult education courses.

Her career began in sales and insurance, where she gained skills in account management, customer service, and insurance administration. She has a talent for cold calling, account retention, problem-solving, and marketing, contributing significantly to business growth.
