Greg is a management consultant, executive coach, and leadership mentor. He works across various sectors including FTSE 100 companies through to small creative organisations. His current assignments include a coaching programme for a city council, a leadership development programme for a large construction company and a people development programme for a growing SME.
Greg has over thirty-five years’ experience in the not for profit, voluntary and public sectors. He has operated as a director and chief executive for large and complex organisations and is currently vice chairman for a housing association. His professional interests include developing organisational culture based upon strong values, in leading change and transformation, and in bringing a coaching culture to organisational development.
Greg has built upon his first degree in politics and economics with a post graduate qualification in Psychology and Psychotherapy. He has a diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors and is certified to conduct personality profiling. He is registered with the British Psychological Society and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
