Natalie’s 20+ years experience in the field of HR has been across a variety of industries and in both the private and not for profit sectors.
Natalie currently undertakes work for a number of organisations covering all aspects of HR but specialising in complex disciplinary and grievance investigations and organisational restructures.
Prior to becoming an HR Consultant, Natalie was the HR and Corporate Management Director for a national mental health charity and during her tenure was responsible for delivering the people aspects of a number of major change programmes.
Natalie takes a pragmatic approach to HR and quickly seeks to understand the operational environment and needs of the business to ensure that she can add the maximum value.
Natalie has recently been appointed as a non legal member of the London South Employment Tribunal.
Natalie is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an MSc in Human Resources.
