Nicola has thirty years’ experience in the cultural and creative sector, at Arts Council England, Nesta, University of the Arts London and the RSA and for the last ten years at NT Creative Arts Ltd.

She offers strategic development, creative project and event development and management, training and facilitation. She is based in London and works all over the UK and internationally, specialising in leadership and entrepreneurship. Consultancy includes the design and delivery of leadership programmes such as ACCELERATE Programme for the British Council Australia; International Creative Entrepreneurs for Creative Scotland and the SEAD Program for the Mekong Cultural Hub and the British Council. Planning design and delivery includes the organisation of international delegations and collaborations for British Council Australia, British Council Turkey, Arts Council Korea and Arts Council England. Event production ranges from the Making Digital Work event at the Library of Birmingham for the Digital R&D Fund for the Arts on behalf of Nesta, Arts Council England and AHRC; The ‘D’ Word event for NitroBEAT and the Barbican and major conferences and sharing events for Artworks, Paul Hamlyn Foundation. Facilitation includes policy planning consultation and forum events for Arts for Change for the British Council Myanmar.

Nicola has been an Associate Lecturer, MA Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship, Goldsmiths, University of London since 2014. She was the Assistant Director for the Cultural Leadership Programme (CLP) leading on the strategic development of the work-based learning strand of CLP as well as key development priorities.
