Caroline is a theatre producer, general manager and arts leader with 20 years’ experience in organisations including the Bush Theatre, English Touring Theatre, Sheffield Theatres, the Donmar Warehouse, the Almeida, and ATG Entertainment.
Her producing experience spans management of theatre productions ranging from new writing to classic musicals, studio theatres to the West End, and venue-based work to tours. She has experience working with community productions and in the development of new work, whether original or based on existing IP. As a senior leader in companies such as Sheffield Theatres and the Donmar Warehouse she also gained experience in HR, venue operations, ACE relationship management, change management, strategic development, organisational design, governance and union negotiations. Most recently, she worked in business development at ATG Entertainment, developing, analysing and articulating major new venue opportunities and other large-scale strategic projects, as well as evaluating new business ideas and supporting the senior team in business planning.
She holds an Executive MBA from the Said Business School at Oxford University and is Deputy Chair of HighTide Theatre Company.
