Her work has involved collaborating closely with heritage sites, churches, museums and galleries; performing arts institutions, and other creative entities, enabling them to navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth. Amy’s understanding of the cultural sector, and expertise in philanthropy, has made her an invaluable asset to both her clients and the team at Think Philanthropy.

With over 25 years of experience in the third sector, Amy brings a wealth of expertise from the arts, culture, and heritage arenas, with a foundation in the visual arts, maritime heritage, and traditional skills. She is dedicated to cultivating initiatives that celebrate and champion our diverse national cultural identity. She also has experience in the delivery of cultural events and activities spanning traditional music and dance, and heritage and arts-related festivals in front-line delivery roles.

Amy is skilled in assessing client needs; experienced in developing funding and business strategies; conducting detailed research including in-depth prospect research, and bid writing. Having held a variety of roles, including strategic leadership positions, operational and events management, Amy excels in stakeholder and relationship management, particularly with private and third sector grant makers.
