Diane has over 15 years of experience in finance roles and is currently Finance and Business Manager for a startup not for profit housing provider. AAT qualified, Diane is as comfortable supporting transactional processing procedures as working closely and reporting into boards/ trustees.
She has previously worked in manufacturing and service industries gaining in depth experience across a range of finance functions including transactional processing, payroll, VAT and Management Accounts. In 2021 Diane joined a housing charity to head up their Finance & HR department where she sourced, negotiated and implemented a new finance system. Designing the nominal coding structure to allow for accurate reporting aligned to the demands required of local authorities and funding sources.
Diane has a passion for accounting, believing that it should not only deliver on its transactional and regulatory requirements but be an integral part of any organisation providing valuable insight and understanding. In her spare time Diane enjoys exercise at the gym and is a qualified fitness instructor, in addition to spending time with family, friends and her dog Oscar.
