Fraser is a CIMA qualified accountant with a wealth of experience in arts, charity, education and public sectors (including commercial operations) at senior leadership level. His previous experience includes Director of Finance & Operations at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Head of Finance at the Victoria & Albert Museum and Director of Finance & IT at the Almeida Theatre. He has been responsible for financial and business strategies, structural and system change, forecasting, capital projects and business cases, governance, HR, IT, and estates so brings a broad skill set to any project.
He is also a trustee of three arts organisations covering theatre, visual arts and public art.
