Hazel Kaye is a strategic charity consultant and experienced interim leader with a track record of holding several CEO and senior leadership roles within the sector. She combines specialist expertise in fundraising strategy and project management with her experience as a ‘steady hand’ during complex transitions and critical leadership changes.
With over 25 years of experience, Hazel’s background includes 14 years as Chief Executive of Jewish Blind & Disabled, where she led a multi-disciplinary team of 60 to deliver major strategic expansions and assisted-living developments. As Director of Transformation at Norwood, she realigned teams and strategy to drive significant income growth and cultural change. Her interim portfolio includes high-impact roles for a national guide dog charity and the Royal Free Charity, where she established the strategic foundations and roadmap for a £50m capital campaign.
Hazel combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach; she is as comfortable advising boards as she is mentoring teams or cultivating major donor relationships. She holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Liverpool.
