Jon Zeff is an independent consultant specialising in policy, strategy and regulatory issues affecting the creative, cultural and media industries. He has advised a wide range of clients across private and public sectors, including major media companies, trade bodies and public authorities. As lead advisor to the Creative Industries Council he played a leading role in the development and negotiation of the landmark Creative Industries Sector Deal and its subsequent delivery. He is Chair of the Advisory Board for the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre, and of the Sports Broadcast Monitoring Committee. Previously, Jon worked in Government and at the BBC, including over 10 years at DCMS leading policy initiatives and major projects across media, telecoms and the creative industries.
