Liz O’Sullivan is an experienced leader across the arts and cultural sectors best known for developing high-profile, public realm and built environment programmes. Her strategic and business planning experience has spanned a wide range of creative practice from film festivals to outdoor performing arts touring to individual artist practice development – both as a consultant and as a Trustee.
Liz developed and directed the arts programme at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, leading on the Capital Programme’s art in the built environment strategy and delivery from 2016 – 2025.
Prior to her time in the NHS, Liz was the Managing Director of Jason Bruges Studio, a multidisciplinary art and architecture firm that worked across the public and private sector creating large-scale integrated digital and architectural commissions for a global clientele. She was a founding director of Visual and Performing arts at Creative and Cultural Skills and was the founder of Transport for London’s Art on the Underground programme (neé London Underground’s Platform for Art.)
