Mark is an experienced entertainment & media, charities and technology lawyer whose work has been recommended in the Legal 500.  HIs legal work specialises in supporting a range of creative and digital businesses and individuals including performing artists, authors, songwriters, managers, record labels, publishers, promoters, actors, animators, theatres, live entertainment venues, film and television production companies, video game companies and anyone looking to protect or register their intellectual property rights.

Mark is proud to support emerging talent, but his experience doesn’t stop there. His clients regularly achieve success in the Official Charts, and he represents nominees in awards ranging from the Mercury Prize and MOBOs to the Classic Rock Awards and BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.

Originally qualifying as a solicitor in 1996, Mark holds an LLM in IT & Telecommunications Law and an MBA from Manchester Business School where he specialised in ecommerce and media. He is a member of both PRS for Music and BASCA panels of industry approved lawyers. With a deep understanding of the intersection between law, culture, and innovation, Mark is dedicated to helping clients thrive in their respective fields.
