Mihalis is an ACCA qualified accountant and has experience of being a finance manager within the private sector.
Mihalis work experience has been mainly within practise where the focus had been on preparing and reviewing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, monthly management accounts and client management. A large area of work has been implementing accounting systems which help to automate and improve the finance process. This has enabled him to work with clients to understand the reasons behind the numbers and help to focus on the commercial aspects of the business as well as forecasting for the future.
He also has had experience in the not-for-profit sector, working within the finance team for The Royal Society and the student unions for London School of Economics and The University of Arts.
