Noa Bladon is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience working across a variety of industries. After qualifying as an ACA at KPMG, Noa worked at EMI Music for 8 years, based first in London and then in Los Angeles. Back in London, a desire to use her skills and help others at the same time, resulted in a move to Amnesty international. Over the past 10 years, Noa has offered finance support to charities, arts organisations and small businesses, both as an associate of Counterculture and through her own consultancy business. She has also worked in the role of head of finance at London International festival of theatre since 2022. Noa joins Counterculture as a partner in 2024.
