Peter is a Chartered Accountant (CIPFA) with over 20 years’ finance experience as a Finance Director, consultant and auditor within the government, charity and not-for-profit sectors. He is licensed to practise by his professional institute.

He has worked with a number of charitable organisations including National Youth Agency, WAC Arts, Global Dialogue (a Human Rights charity), Camden Arts Centre and the Ministry of Stories . Previously, he worked at PwC within their Government and Public Sector office managing a portfolio of audit and advisory work.

Peter’s experience is in providing strategic and technical accounting advice for charitable organisations requiring Finance Director level support. This has typically been focused around interim and turnaround support and recurring involvement to supplement the skills of in-house finance teams. Peter has helped to deliver financial turnaround for a number of clients in a negative reserves position, implementing new financial plans and systems, helping to ensure their continued successful operation.

Peter has a degree in Politics and Modern History (University of Manchester). Outside work, he enjoys running and is a season ticket holder at Brentford FC.
