Tim is a management and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience working with arts and cultural organisations. His areas of expertise include leadership, strategy, change management, financial planning, digital transformation and all aspects of marketing and communications.
Tim has worked as Deputy Chief Executive for Rambert (2017-20) during a period of rapid change and growth, implementing a new business plan, staffing structure and partnerships to enable a 50% increase in turnover in two years. His previous roles include Marketing Director for Rambert and Director of Communications for The Place, and he has worked in marketing and PR roles for theatres, visual arts and live art organisations.
Tim is Chair of the Arts Marketing Association and has been an advisor to Arts Council England, Dance UK, What Next? and SOLT/UK Theatre.
