Zoe is a versatile and hands-on cultural sector professional with a broad portfolio of arts and heritage experience, a strong understanding of the practical and strategic issues facing the UK cultural sector, as well as the national and international fundraising landscape. Her areas of expertise include: charity fundraising, evaluation, stakeholder consultation and research, organisational planning and governance, project management and delivery.
Zoe provides clients with practical support in the delivery of major projects and daily operations. She is particularly passionate about embedding appropriate and sustainable practices that strengthen organisations for the long-term. At Counterculture she has worked as acting Head of Development at Tate Liverpool and interim Deputy Director of Gasworks / Triangle Network. Other clients include: Colchester and Ipswich Museum Service, Magpie Dance and the London Wildlife Trust.
Before joining Counterculture Zoe worked at the Whitechapel Gallery in development and visitor services, and as Festival Co-ordinator for the London Festival of Architecture – gaining a thorough knowledge of the practicalities of running a charitable organisation and managing key partner-relationships.
