Beatriz entered the cultural sector after a prolific senior career working in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Communications through B2B and B2C industries.

A creative, multilingual, strategy-focused associate, Beatriz brings across over 11 years’ worth of experience into the arts and cultural sector.

Former clients include J.P. Morgan, UKRI, De Beers Group, AstraZeneca, and Arizona State University for whom she has worked to deliver award-winning communications campaigns, customer service blueprints, and fully-fledged XR experiences, to name a few. She is also experienced at running and structuring corporate organisations, having worked operationally and at SMT level.

Over the past year, Beatriz has collaborated with a number of our clients such as Manchester International Festival, De La Warr Pavilion, the National Holocaust Centre and Museum, and Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council amongst others to develop their respective business plans and digital strategies. Beatriz has also worked with Arts Council England’s Music Education Hubs and Brighton Dome to carry out respective governance reviews and board alignment.

Her particular area of research lies in museum partnerships and collaborations, and exploring strategic, long-term, sustainable revenue models for museums and institutions. In particular by leveraging educational, financial, physical accessibility for audiences, museums and galleries.

Beatriz has a degree in French and Francophone Studies and has completed her Postgraduate at Goldsmiths College in Museum and Galleries Entrepreneurship with Distinction. She also works in collaboration with Create Space, an LGBTQ+ non-profit collective that promotes wellness frameworks.
