Jacqui is an experienced charity Chief Executive, Trustee, Charity Chair and Company Director with over 20 years’ experience in charity governance, strategy development and talent development. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with extensive practical knowledge of organisational change in the context of HR strategy and operations.
She currently focuses on leadership development, coaching and Board development having previously worked for Warwick Students’ Union; 9 years as HR Director followed by 11 years as Chief Executive including 11 years as chair of the Board of Directors for a small technology company. Prior to her charity career, she spent 15 years in retail commercial and HR management with Marks and Spencer.
Jacqui has considerable experience in developing Boards having been both a longstanding Chair of Governors in education, Chair of Coventry Students’ Union Board and a Trustees with Belgrade Theatre Coventry. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator working with Boards and leadership teams to develop a high performing and person centred culture.
