John is an experienced senior manager who over the last 25 years has gained significant project & programme management experience delivering major economic development, enterprise and community initiatives for local authorities, third sector organisations and Liverpool FC.
His areas of expertise are focused on stakeholder engagement, community economic development and various disciplines associated with Place making. For over 10 years he was at the heart of many of Liverpool’s regeneration projects, and more recently complemented this experience working on several diverse projects e.g. developing economic growth, cultural and resident engagement strategies for local authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships; and delivering stakeholder engagement and consultation strategies property led regeneration schemes e.g. Liverpool FC stadium extension and a major housing development adjacent to Alder Hey Childrens Hospital.
John is a member of Institute of Economic Development and was Chair of the Northwich Town Centre Heritage Programme for 4 years. John also acts in a personal capacity mentoring numerous sports, arts and culture charities.
