Matt Daniels is Managing Director of Midan Limited, providing specialist consultation and training across the charity and public sectors in fundraising and income generation, charity leadership, strategic planning and sustainable organisational development, and has a passion for providing support around LGBTQ+ awareness and training.
After commencing his career in the public sector Matt successfully led two cultural charities before establishing Midan Ltd in 2012, subsequently holding diverse contracts including establishing two commercial trading arms, remodelling of regional support services within the migration sector, the establishment and development of a national LGBT Leadership Programme, various largescale organisational audits and reviews, fundraising, research and evaluation roles.
Matt is an experienced ILM approved trainer and has a strong track record for high quality bespoke training in leadership, income generation, bid writing and collaborative partnership development. He is also a founding Management Committee Member of the Alliance Network, the LGBTQ+ Professional Services Network for the West Midlands, a member of Warwickshire County Cricket Clubs’ Inclusion Advisory Board, and an active Board Member of Communities In Sync.
