Ottilia specialises in youth and community engagement, with extensive experience in running successful creative and cultural programs that use arts and music to connect with communities.  Additionally, she has developed international training programs, collaborating with diverse partner organisations from Europe and beyond.

As an experienced event manager and festival producer, Ottilia has a diverse portfolio of successful projects.  These range from community consultations and health and wellbeing days to panel discussions and informal learning initiatives.  For the past seven years, she has been the driving force behind Gòbèfest, a unique cultural festival that engages Eastern European communities in Manchester.  She has also earned a strong reputation for supporting and nurturing grassroots music talent in Manchester, working with various labels and music organisations to provide pathways for young creatives.  She is also a versatile trainer and facilitator skilled in engagement techniques and approaches.
