Rob’s work includes business and strategic planning, development of target operating models, Business Case development, and the use of strategic Delivery Model Assessments. Recent projects include internal stakeholder management and reporting for the return of Nottingham Castle back under Council control, and a subsequent delivery model assessment for the Council across it’s wider Museum & Galleries Service; and supporting the commercial and financial aspects of a delivery model assessment for Northumberland County Council. He has also worked with a range of local authorities on various aspects of outsourcing arrangements across a number of services, and with multi-academy trusts supporting the development of technology strategies and procurement of service partnerships.

Before creating Esito, Rob held a number of senior roles both client- and supplier-side before settling into management consulting under the Building Schools for Future programme. He was also the lead for CoderDojo England and Wales prior to the global merger of CoderDojo with the Rapsberry Pi foundation. He has a BSc (Hons) in Business Operation and Control from Salford University and describes himself as an “enthusiastic amateur woodworker”.
