Scott is an experienced senior leader and coach within the students’ union, higher education and charity sector. A Chair of Governors for a school in Bristol. An experienced interim CEO supporting organisations through significant change programmes both culturally and strategically whilst delivering significant stakeholder benefits.
Scott has worked within these sectors for over 25 years in voluntary, elected and career roles. From 2013-2018 he led a successful partnership TempleFarmer Ltd whose mission was to drive people and organisations to achieve the best for their members and stakeholders.
Scott is the founder of the Association of SU Professionals, the professional association for people who work in Students’ Unions. The association connects, develops, and shares the work of its members, creating an effective professional body for the students’ union movement.
