Stuart is an experienced property solicitor and qualified in 2003. Stuart is from North Yorkshire and is able to share his extensive local knowledge to clients looking to move into the area.
He has experience in a wide range of property transactions including all aspects of residential conveyancing, commercial property sales and purchases, and plot/new build purchases.
Stuart also deals with private client work including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and the administration of estates.
Prior to joining Counterculture, Stuart ran his own practice in the Yorkshire Dales with his father.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and three children (and the family dog JEM!) Most weekends are spent watching his children play football (Stuart is also their coach and is a qualified FA Level 1 coach). Stuart is a keen cyclist and motorbike enthusiast and, where time permits, competes at local events at weekends.
