Titilola works with organisations by helping them with their internal work culture, organisational development and she consults and delivers work around anti-racism and EDI.

She has worked in the media sector as a TV producer and journalist as well as the charity and art sectors.

Her work in the charity sector includes supporting the setup of a charity called Reaching Higher with former Finance Manager for Sainsbury’s Online in Croydon where she built strategies, led on policies and steered the creative vision.

In the arts and cultural sector, Titilola produces and curates shows, events and festivals. She has fundraised, managed large budgets. She previously worked for Sour Lemons as the company director where she worked with organisations to support them to practice anti-racism. She has worked at Coventry City of Culture Trust as the Programme Manager for Young People and Youthfulness where she led an international programme partnering with the likes of the British Council and the BBC.

Titilola is on the board of trustees for Theatre Centre and the National Student Drama Festival and is the Interim Chair for Beyond Face Theatre.
