With the deadlines for Arts Council England’s National Portfolio 2027 investment programme on the horizon, Counterculture can support you and your organisations during this process.

Our team of Partners and Associates include people who have successfully run NPOs, secured NPO funding and worked at and with Arts Council England. Between us we have worked in all parts of the country, across the arts and cultural sector, with local authorities and other local and regional stakeholders, and with organisations of all sizes.

We offer tailormade professional advice and submission support for every step of the application programme including:

Critical Friend: Counterculture Partners and Associates have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the processes involved, some have been part of NPO funded organisations so possess firsthand knowledge of what makes a successful and impactful submission.

Business Planning: whether updating or producing from scratch we can help you with the numbers and business case.

Content & Activity Planning and Reviewing: We have extensive experience of writing and editing content and putting NPO applications together.
