Compliance and Risk for Charities

  • Governance
  • Legal Advice

Compliance and risk for charities – it is crucial to ensure that your organisation is robust and run in accordance with best practice.  Counterculture is now able to offer high level compliance reviews for small and medium sized charities, managed by our Associate, Alex Fiddes and supported by a team of specialist Partners. The reviews cover internal financial controls, HR/employment law, general legislative/regulatory compliance and governance. Every organisation will encounter certain risk and compliance issues, we help clients to recognise these and remedy them promptly and effectively.

Compliance reviews comprise a detailed completed checklist with notes and recommendations, with a report identifying key areas for improvement. The service includes a site visit and presentation of the final report. These reviews are designed to highlight key governance issues and do not provide the same level of detailed assurance as the full, in-depth, reviews that we offer.

The cost of a review is £1,500 + VAT.
