Our Senior Partner and Head of Capital Projects & Exhibitions Chris Potts, and Director of Counterculture Norway Alex Willett, presented at the virtual global conference #ConnectingCulture2020.

They discussed the progress of one of Counterculture’s capital projects – The new National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Norway.

When the new National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo opens to the public in 2021, it will be the largest cultural centre in the Nordic countries. It will become home to over 100 000 objects including paintings, sculptures, drawings, arts and crafts objects, design objects, architectural models and installations. Joined by colleagues from the Museum’s exhibitions and collections teams, Chris and Alex will share insights into planning and managing a project of this scale.

Connecting Culture brings together museum and heritage professionals from around the world, in an effort to rebuild and respond to the Covid-19 crisis.
